As I walk up and down the aisles of the largest retail technology conference on the planet, NRF 2018, it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure out what’s on everyone’s minds: Digital Transformation. Having said that, here is a well written piece by Phil Goldstein at Biztech about digitization and what that means for retailers.

If retailers want to achieve digitization, they should focus more on the transformation part and then figure out where digital fits in.”
