Your profile
- 2+ years of experience as Technical Support Engineer or Desktop Support Engineer
- Basic knowledge of hardware and networking systems
- Basic Knowledge of operating systems: Linux, web services, and API
- Ability to troubleshoot complex software and hardware issues
- Excellent communication skills Critical thinker
- Advanced English Level required (French, Portuguese is a plus)
