Wanted: Senior #Support #Engineers L2! As we continuosly are welcoming new customers, we are also looking for talented support engineers to help us achieve an outstanding customer experience while ensuring they get the best value from the Mojix experience.

Your mission

Support Engineer will assist our customers with all related with technical support issues. As a Support Engineer, you will meet with clients to determine the nature of the problem, diagnose hardware or software issues, provide effective assistance, and maintain strong customer relationships.

Your profile

  • 2+ years of cloud software experience
  • 2+ Customer support experience.
  • Knowledge of hardware and networking systems
  • Knowledge of operating systems: Linux, web services
  • Experience Internet browsers
  • Supporting mobile devices
  • Troubleshooting complex software and hardware issues.
  • REST API and Postman.
  • Advanced English Level required (French, Portuguese is a plus)
