Support Engineer will assist our customers with all related with technical support issues. As a Support Engineer, you will meet with clients to determine the nature of the problem, diagnose hardware or software issues, provide effective assistance, and maintain strong customer relationships.

- 2+ years of cloud software experience
- 2+ Customer support experience.
- Knowledge of hardware and networking systems
- Knowledge of operating systems: Linux, web services
- Experience Internet browsers
- Supporting mobile devices
- Troubleshooting complex software and hardware issues.
- REST API and Postman.
- Advanced English Level required (French, Portuguese is a plus)
