Your responsibilities
The Enterprise Sales Representative is an individual contributor sales role responsible for driving new subscription SaaS revenue opportunities within your region. This is a field-based role and this position is supported by the field-based pre-sales technical organization. This highly complex sales effort combines deep IT operational and financial understanding with an overriding need for solid business acumen, in order to effectively convey the value of Mojix’s suite of applications to senior decision-makers.

You should be a creative thinker who has a repeatable methodology of deep customer relations and the ability to think outside the box. We want a fearless sales athlete who has proven they can exist in a competitive, team-centric, ethical environment that refuses to lose and plays to win. Do you have a proven track record of being the CEO of a territory and taking full responsibility for the performance against plan? This includes a methodology around territory/account management, constant urgency, successful time management and ability to work across departments internally within a multitude of verticals, with a focus on Retail and Food.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor degree
- 10 years in sales experience selling software, with at least 5 in the enterprise space.
- 5+ years’ experience in selling cloud-based applications in a relevant space (IoT, TBM, Analytics, Planning, ERP or other complex applications)
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to influence executive decisions with clearly articulated, evidence-based arguments
- Ability to travel 35%-40% in N. America to meet with customers, partners and field personnel
- A collaborative, open-minded, team-oriented approach is critical
- Experience in retail and food supply chain is a must
Preferred Qualifications
- Held a direct quota (not overlay), been a club qualifier and made over $200k average over those 6 years.
- Proven track record of selling complex applications to the CIO, CFO, CTO and their subordinates.
- Experience with long sales cycles preferred
- Proficiency in the use of SalesForce
- Proficiency in Word and Excel
Working Conditions
- Location: This position must be based within 1 hour of an international airport.
- Frequent travel required to visit prospects and customers.
- Ability to work independently from home and during travel in an unstructured and fluid fashion, in order to meet simultaneous sales objectives.
- Remote customer and internal work required; needs to be comfortable in extended phone conversations, conference calls, presentations and remote computer sessions.
