Biography
Todd is a proven and accomplished revenue and operations leader with 25+ years of experience in software and services focused exclusively in Human Capital Management, Recruitment and Staffing. His career has centered around building, leading and driving business growth for the companies he has served by delivering human capital services and technology solutions to companies that enable them to achieve optimal business outcomes.
Todd began his professional career as an Executive and Technology Recruiter sourcing and delivering the best and brightest talent to the top technology companies in the world, companies like IBM, Cisco and Microsoft before launching and leading his own Staffing company in 2003 and continuing to do the same.
In 2008, he sold his business and has spent the last 15+ years with companies like Monster.com, Leoforce, Comeet Technologies and UnifyWork leading revenue growth and operations for these human capital industry leaders and disruptors providing software and recruitment services to customers globally and at scale.
Todd has a B.A. in Business Administration with dual concentration in Management and Marketing from Florida Atlantic University and currently resides in Wellington, Florida.
