Your role

We are seeking a driven, innovative, and energetic B2B experience account manager to join our very accomplished Growth Team Ops Services Team. This role will focus on new logo acquisition and account management for staffing development services for B2B solutions to enterprise-level customers.

Staffing Account Manager responsibilities include developing long-term relationships with a portfolio of clients, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders. Account Manager will liaise between clients and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of staffing services according to customer needs. Manage (and develop) client accounts to initiate and maintain favorable relationships with clients.

Your mission

  • Serve as primary point-of-contact (PPC) to existing Staffing clients – handle inquiries and requests and address needs, or concerns.
  • Build strong client relationships – manage customer expectation and lead to high customer satisfaction
  • Make sure all staffing deliverables arrive as defined in statements of work, i.e. on time, and fulfilling customer requirements
  • Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals
  • Keep track of key account metrics/KPI’s, e.g. revenue, cost of goods sold
  • Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities and communicate with the Sales Team regularly
  • Collaborate with our team, e.g. Human Resources, Operation, IT/Security, and Finance, to achieve sustainable growth
  • Regularly interact with internal Staffing Team resources to understand project dynamics, inquiries, and work with Human Resources to address needs
  • Generate progress/status reports for clients and senior leaders within the organization

Your Profile

  • Bachelor degree 
  • 3-5+ years’ experience in technical staffing solutions sales with a proven track record of success and exceeding assigned quotas.
  • Staffing experience with a technical environment is preferred.
  • Ability to leverage existing relationships to establish new business opportunities.
  • Aptitude to learn cutting-edge technology products and services across multiple vendors.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • HUNTER MENTALITY with strong business acumen and experience running full-lifecycle sales.
  • Ability to build client rapport, leading to long-lasting relationships and referrals.
  • Highly polished and professional – both in demeanor and appearance.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing products, trends, methods, and procedures in a highly competitive environment.
  • This is a hybrid position that requires you to work from our Boca Raton location 3 days a week.
  • Excellent negotiation and leadership skills
  • Familiar with Salesforce CRM software
  • Familiar with Google sheets
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, i.e. Excel and Word
  • BA/BS degree in Marketing٫ Business or related field is preferred
  • All other duties as assigned by the VP of Global Operations Services
