Responsible for global supply chain, vendor management, logistics, distribution, planning, procurement, inventories, budgeting and production scheduling. This is a highly visible position with responsibility to provide results driven leadership with special emphasis on material management.
Responsibilities
- Provide input and data to support Mojix's ongoing budgeting and strategic planning process
- Identify, develop and manage strategic suppliers/partnerships to support Mojix's business goals
- Set goals and objectives that provide best-in-class materials performance
- Analyze reports, measurements and external benchmarks to identify opportunities for continuous improvement
- Develops and maintains Material Control policies, procedures and adhere to Mojix's ethics codes
- Deliver continuous improvement in supplier delivery, quality and cost
- Align Demand management and master schedule to production schedules and ensures comprehensive compliance with material requirements for manufacturing
- Select and manage contract manufacturers and other outsourcing programs on a global basis
Desired Experience
- Minimum 10 years of experience in material and procurement management
- Bachelor degree in business, industrial engineering or equivalent
- Knowledge of electronics components, PCBs and contract manufacturers
- Experience in Just In Time Inventory Management
- Must be proficient in Excel and familiar with MRP and ERP systems
